Module 1 introduces students to the core principles of Quantum Meditation.
It establishes the inner “territory,” teaches how to expand awareness inside the body, and begins the development of dual-attention skills (focus + refocus).
This module forms the foundation for all deeper layers of the practice, ensuring students can work internally with clarity, safety, and stability before moving into emotional processing and intuitive expansion.

Guided defocusing to soften the body and open internal perceptual channels
